To register and use phmaca, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:
phmaca enforces the 21+ age restriction through document-based identity verification at registration. Accounts where misrepresentation of age is discovered will be permanently closed and any remaining balance refunded to the verified payment source, subject to applicable withholding obligations.
Each player is permitted to hold a single active phmaca account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, phmaca reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation. PAGCOR's single-account policy applies to all licensed Philippine online gaming operators.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid government-issued ID details, registered mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO), and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
phmaca is required by PAGCOR to conduct KYC verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, SSS, GSIS, PRC, Voter's ID, or Passport) and a selfie holding the ID. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of registration may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phmaca will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any social media channel. Report suspected unauthorized access to phmaca support immediately at [email protected].
phmaca accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash-in. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phmaca does not accept foreign currency deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phmaca account instantly or within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO) may take 10 to 30 minutes. phmaca is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile network, or banking institution.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within minutes during operating hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM PHT). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method used for the corresponding deposit. phmaca does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment instruments not associated with your verified identity.
All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. If a bonus has been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount and associated winnings may be withdrawn. These requirements are specified in the bonus Terms applicable at the time of the promotion.
Your complete deposit and withdrawal history is accessible from your phmaca account dashboard at all times. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine financial record-keeping obligations.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phmaca and will result in account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement where applicable:
All content on the phmaca Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, and audio — is the property of phmaca or its licensed game providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law, including Republic Act 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phmaca content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmaca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.); unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or interruptions in Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
phmaca's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmaca reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; PAGCOR instruction or regulatory direction; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or detection of a self-excluded player attempting to use the Platform.
Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method within 14 business days, unless the balance is subject to investigation, legal hold, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.
phmaca reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or a notification banner on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of phmaca after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phmaca shall first be submitted to phmaca's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Relations Office as the competent regulatory authority. Unresolved disputes may thereafter be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction.
